It has been a long day. I’m not quite sure what happened today. You know those days where you suddenly gasp and you find yourself sitting in a mess of homework with food on your face and possibly chocolate in your hair? I had one of those. Here I am, 6 dinner rolls and a bowl of soup later… baffled as to what has happened today.
Well, HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY, KELLEY! BW people- your headshots are beautiful. If you are thinking, ‘Wow, this blog has no direction.’ To you f-ers I say, “Why yes, you are right.”
Let’s really try hard to think of what happened today. Ok. OH. In Dialects we did our Midwest accent, so we did a monologue from Drop Dead Gorgeous. God, I had a gigglet or two. OH. My philosophy professor had a funny quote today. We were talking about the controversy over the Ground-Zero Mosque and he said, “It’s neither at Ground-Zero or a mosque but nobody seems to care about the facts.” Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Giggles made me giggle. It truly has been a day of giggles. Ish. And Katie and I practiced our Jazz III combo in the courtyard…we gathered an audience of creeping children and occasionally Steve. Oh and I didn’t have time to do my hair this morning, but Katie donated me a comb so now I don’t have to borrow hers whenever I want to tease my hair. So I strutted through the NFAC today while teasing my hair. And I spent parts of Survey teasing my hair. But it was only when Roger wasn’t looking. But I think Katie caught me a couple of times. ERPS!
I’m sorry y’all. This doesn’t have it’s normal flow. We all have off-days, right? Man, I need a hug.
“I love reading your blog. It’s like holding your hand.”
(It was a while ago but it lifted me up today.)
I love you. And I can’t get Parachutes by Ingrid Michaelson out of my head. No matter how hard I try. Don’t stop moving.
